Register a .com.au or .com name, or move an existing one across. The domain is yours, not ours - we handle the registration and the yearly renewal, and the renewal fee is billed separately from your hosting.

Already on WordPress? We'll host it. Just know that WordPress needs its updates and passwords kept on top of, and that's on the site owner — most small businesses find it's fine until suddenly it isn't. If you'd rather not have that hanging over you, ask about a hand-built site.

If You're Moving From Another Host
That provider does the transfer. We give them the access details for our server and they move the files across — it's their job, not something we take on. Your hosting here is set up the same way either way.
You've Got Someone To Ring
After that, you only hear from us at renewal. When something needs attention, you contact me — one business day, usually sooner.
What comes with your hosting
